• Spicy yoga

Spicy yoga class is an hour and fifteen minutes long.This class is an Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence mixed with core and strength exercises to spice up your flow, created from my personal practice and discoveries. You will build your strength and core in order to control your body more and find ease in flying poses. Challenging yourself through breathing and moving to let go of your limits and discover yourself.

  • Modified Rocket®

Modified Rocket® class is an hour and fifteen minutes long. Rocket® sequences have been created by Larry Schultz in the 1990s, they are known to “get you there faster”. It’s a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series.

There is no experience required to join any of the classes, Yoga will meet you where you are.
