I am Mathilde, I have been practicing and facilitating Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for a few years. I have always been physically active, but what I found in yoga is different. I found a place to move, breathe, and let go of the mind stuff, a moving meditation, and I want to share it with you !

After finishing my 200h teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at “It’s Yoga Tallinn”, I had a few words about the practice that I would like to share with you.
